    4. In the event that there is NO SINGLE TICKET WINNER (or One-ticket winner), meaning there are two or more tickets that have selected the SEVEN (7) first place winners of the designated SEVEN (7) legs/races of a "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event, the following rules shall apply:
      • Ten percent (10%) of the dividend pool (10% of the gross dividend pool) shall be carried-over to the immediately succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event which has not started or run. This carry-over amount will be distributed ONLY to the one-ticket or single ticket winner of that succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" event.
      • Ninety percent (90%) of the dividend pool (90% of the gross dividend pool less applicable tax on winnings) shall be distributed as dividends of the multiple winning tickets of the "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" event.
    5. In the event that NO bettor has selected the SEVEN (7) first place winners of the designated SEVEN (7) consecutive legs/races of a "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event, the following rules shall apply:

        Note: This rule is different from the “PK6-REGULAR” and “PICK SIX SPECIAL” events because the most number of winners referred to in the “WTA-REGULAR" and "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Events could be in any leg, unlike the “PK6-REGULAR” and “PICK SIX SPECIAL” events which have to be in consecutive order from the first leg.
      • The 70% and/or 10% carry-over amount, as the case may be, shall be added only to the net dividend pool of the immediately succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event which has not started or run. In the event that NO bettor has selected the SEVEN (7) winners from the immediately succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event, only Twenty Percent (20%) of the net dividend pool (20% of gross dividend pool less applicable tax on winnings) of that particular "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event shall be distributed as consolation dividend. This accumulated carry-over amount will be distributed to the winner or winners of that succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" event. This carrying over of the dividend pool will continue until the winner or winners are determined and declared in accordance with this betting rule.
        • The Ten Percent (10%) carry-over amount of the former "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event or events, plus the 10% of the dividend pool of that particular "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event shall be carried-over to the immediately succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event which has started or run. This accumulated carry-over amount will be distributed ONLY to the ONE-TICKET winner of that succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" event. This carrying over of the dividend pool will continue until the single ticket or one-ticket winner is determined and declared in accordance with this betting rule.
    6. For purposes of carry-over offering, the "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" and the “WTA-REGULAR" are treated as two separate and independent betting options. The carry-over for "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" will only be taken by the succeeding "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" which has not yet run. Conversely, the carry-over for “WTA-REGULAR" will only be taken by the succeeding “WTA-REGULAR" which has not yet run.
  6. Scratches: There shall be no refund of bets for a scratched selection in any of the legs/races of a designated "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event for a "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" ticket.     3. The first favorite paired with the winner of the first leg of the Daily Double Event Shall be the substitute. However, if the race is not the second leg of a Daily Double Event, then;
    4. The first favorite paired with the winner of the first leg of the Extra Double Event shall be the substitute. However, if the race is none of the above, then;
    5. The Racing Manager of his Assistant Manager may decide the entry. (In this situation, announcement as to the substitute horse will have to be made before the start of the race.)
  7. In the event of an emergency which leads to or result in the cancellation of one or more races that are part of the group designated for the "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event, the winning combination shall be determined from the winners selected in the races who ran. However, if all races designated for a particular "TAKE ALL SPECIAL" Event have been cancelled, all the bets placed shall be refunded.
